As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Trade Counters across a designated region, helping to create and maintain a safe, compliant and positive working environment. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide expert guidance on health, safety and fire safety, conduct audits and investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that protect our colleagues, customers and business.

This role requires a highly credible professional capable of managing competing priorities across a large portfolio of locations, identifying emerging risks and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operational leaders to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, fire safety requirements and environmental standards.

You are an influential, commercially aware and strategic thinker who understands how effective health and safety management contributes to business performance. You have experience taking ownership of health and safety across multiple locations and are comfortable challenging constructively, driving change and building strong relationships with operational leaders.
You bring credibility, resilience and a practical approach, enabling you to balance compliance requirements with operational needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and risk management.
